第三節 建議

一、實務工作建議

(一) 本研究發現,受測學生健康資訊素養與電子健康素養傾向中上程度,

且對於理解健康資訊能力、評價電子健康資源能力較低,建議相關 單位(如衛生局、學校)可舉辦有關健康資訊素養與電子健康素養的活 動,以提升學生的健康資訊素養與電子健康素養。

(二) 可利用健康教育課程,傳授健康資訊觀念及實際操作,教導學生如 何使用政府建構的網站及查詢健康相關議題、問題,例如行政院衛 生福利部網站上眾多的健康資訊,包括食品藥物管理署、國民健康 署等,提供豐富的健康資源。

(三) 本研究發現學生最常從家人或親戚獲得健康資訊,建議相關單位可 以舉辦有關健康議題的親職教育活動、健康成長營、衛教夏令營等,

提升家人或親戚健康概念,增進正確的健康資訊。

二、未來研究建議

(一) 本研究受限於人力、物力、時間等因素,僅以台北市國中學生作為 施測對象,所以研究結果無法推論至全國國中學生,因此建議未來 研究可以擴大研究對象,涵蓋新北市或其他縣市的國中學校進行調 查,以獲得更佳的推論,並瞭解各學生族群使用媒體、網路與健康 資訊素養、電子健康素養之關係。

(二) 本研究進行問卷調查時,接近國中九年級學生參加基測,因此學生 課業壓力較重,未來進行類似研究時,應提早進行行政聯繫,以免 受到考試影響,而使得願意調查的學校、班級減少。

(三) 電子健康素養與電腦、網路等電子產品息息相關,未來要做問卷調 查時,可將問卷設計成網路問卷,問卷一部分設計成搜尋健康議題 的問答題型,以評估學生網路搜尋能力。

一﹑研究目的:增進學生及家長對健康科學與媒體科技的理解與參與。

二﹑研究參與者之人數與參與研究相關限制:

預計第一年抽樣調查臺北市及宜蘭縣 2000 名國中學生及其家長之需求評估。

1. 納入條件:隨機抽樣臺北市及宜蘭縣各國中學生及其家長。

2. 排除條件:無法閱讀者、精神障礙者。

三﹑研究流程:

1. 先向學生說明調查內容,再將同意書由學生帶回。

2. 學生問卷,於問卷說明後於課堂上發放,填寫完成後當場收回,填寫時間約 20~30 分鐘。

3. 家長問卷,由學生帶回家給家長填答,填寫時間約 10~15 分鐘。

4. 學生與家長問卷內容包括:媒體使用情形、訊息暴露、媒體態度、上網經驗、健康 狀況等。

四﹑研究益處:增進學生媒體素養。

五、研究潛在風險:

若因問卷填答時間冗長,讓您身心感到不適,請隨時與計畫主持人張鳳琴,尋求說明 或協助。
