第三節 後續研究建議

一、 因不動產具有區域性,故本研究僅以高高屏地區域做為研究對象,並未 就其他區域探討,建議後續研究可將區域擴及至其他地區。

二、 本研究以資源基礎觀點探討不動產經紀業之核心資源、經營型態,並未 就不動產經紀業外部因素(如經濟環境、未來發趨勢分析)優劣面探討,

建議往後研究也可針對此方向研究。

三、 本文在公司規模及公司區域方面之研究具顯著性,但本研究以核心資源 為主,公司規模、公司區域在實證模型中分類較廣,分成大中小規模三 類,建議後續研究者可朝公司規模對經營管理之相關方向仔細深入研究。
