第三節 後續研究建議
一、 擴大 Facebook 內容分析範圍
本研究由於人力與時間的限制，在圖書館 Facebook 的內容分析中，僅針對 民國 99 年 8 月 25 日到 11 月 25 日之間的訊息發佈與互動情況進行內容分析。建 議後續研究可擴大分析的時間範圍，或將研究對象延伸至國外的圖書館，將能對 圖書館於社群網站中的經營模式有更宏觀的瞭解。

二、 增加關於其他帄台的討論
本研究是針對圖書館 Facebook 進行調查統計，目前圖書館所運用的 Web 2.0 工具愈漸增多，國內外已有針對 MSN、微網誌於圖書館應用的研究。研究者建 議後續可再發掘其他帄台應用的可能性探討，近年來許多大學教師開設課程時會 搭配使用「數位學習帄台」，如 Moodle、Blackboard 等。國外的瑪麗伍德大學圖 書館已在 Moodle 帄台中設置專門的討論區供學生發問，圖書館員則可透過討論 區的功能張貼相關資訊、介紹搜尋技巧等，此服務方式亦獲得正陎的迴響(Ismail, 2010)。因此建議後續研究可針對其他圖書館可能運用的工具進行探討。
