此外，對於大專院校圖書館在業務執行作業上的相關法令規範，研究者僅 建議制定更為詳細明確的辦法，例如電子論文延後公開的合理期限，是否可永 不公開論文電子檔等，定出相關原則為往後值得努力的方向與目標。
四、 限制論文抽換的範圍與條件
以本研究受訪之 11 所大專院校為範圍，儘管部分學校不允許在畢業後抽換 論文，以避免版本不一的情況，以及抽換後有抄襲、竄改研究數據等風險發生，
仍有部分學校可進行論文抽換，且無任何限制。由於事關學位授予，研究者僅建 議學校可以嚴格提高論文抽換的條件，例如，不允許抽換論文摘要、正文內容、
目次、參考資料；限制抽換的次數、時間；或是以勘誤表的方式呈現。此外，為 求達到版本的一致性，研究者僅建議學位授予單位與指導老師應嚴格把關與控管 論文版本，學校圖書館亦應保留授予學位時，學生繳交之原始論文檔案。
第三節 後續研究建議
就學位論文 OA 對學術圖書館與產業之影響，本研究雖努力對此進行探討，
但受限於人力及時間因素，無法妥善顧及所有層面，以致研究仍有未盡周延之處，
茲在此提出以下建議，供有意進行後續研究之研究人員參考。
一、 著作人的收益是否合理
儘管知識有價，著作人非專屬、有償授權論文予資料庫廠商，著作人能根據 論文在資料庫內被下載的次數，得到相對應的回饋金。但是，使用者購買一篇論 文的價格，真正回饋到著作人身上的比例是否合理，著作人與廠商與圖書館三者 之間的收益比例分配為何、該如何制定公正的回饋比例，為未來對此議題有興趣 的研究者可探討的問題。
二、 從不同論文類別進一步探討
本研究僅就臺灣學位論文做一綜合性之討論，不同領域的論文類型可能具有

不同的特質，因科系的不同，著作人考慮開放的因素也會有所不同。建議未來對 此議題有興趣之研究者，可針對不同科系、類別的論文，如科技領域、醫學領域、
人文領域等，對其中的差異進行比較分析。
三、 擴大研究範圍
因本研究的設計因素，在研究範圍上，未能全面調查全臺灣大專院校的授權 書，因此僅在本研究範圍下，以 11 所大專院校的授權書作為授權內容之分析，
分析結果恐難以完全歸納全臺灣大專院校之授權情況。建議後續研究者能完整分 析全臺灣各大專院校之授權書，或以地區性、大專院校性質區分，進行各校之間 的差異比較。
