也多朝便民舒適的規劃設計，目的在於拉近與民眾的距離，建議警政 高層在配合政府推行優質服務品質的同時，亦應同步改善警察人員的 上班環境，除編足預算提升在勤期間的各項軟、硬體設備外，也可開 放各單位自行發揮創意，佈置點綴兼具休閒氛圍的工作環境，如植栽 綠化、張貼標語、小型圖書室、健身房、泡茶區及咖啡吧台等，讓每 位置身其中辛勤工作的警察弟兄，能藉由使用這樣的一個舒適空間，
讓自己獲得短暫休息恢復元氣，紓緩工作壓力。
第三節 後續研究發展
本研究之重點主要在探討警察主管的工作壓力與生活適應之情 況，經由本研究之探討，研究者有機會將持續研究以下議題。
一、擴大研究範圍
本研究因時間集資料蒐集便利性，僅以服務於新北市政府警察局 之主管進行調查，未來將範圍擴大至其它直轄市、縣市警察局之 主管進行研究。
二、擴大研究面向
本研究內容包含警察主管工作壓力、工作、家庭、休閒生活適應 4 大層面，今後將擴大研究警察生涯規劃以及家人關係的面向，
俾使研究更臻於完善。
三、先進國之研究
先進國家諸如美國，亞洲諸如日本，其警察制度，福利措施，退 休撫卹，基層主管做為，家庭關係，以及壓力抒解等，為研究者 覺得深究之議題。
