第二節 未來研究建議
本研究以巴西為背景,探討美國–中國之間權力轉移的變動。研究成果將可用以預 測不同區域中領導國家在權力轉移過程中所扮演的角色與反饋,並作為觀察美國、中國 兩國權力變動的趨勢。
巴西之官方語言為葡萄牙語,如同在第一章緒論時所提之「研究限制」,筆者囿於 語言因素,在進行資料搜集時難免有所遺漏,若能識得葡萄牙語之學者將可更加深入研 究此議題;又本研究之研究對象之一為中國,北京資料蒐集不易、常有疏漏,在第一手 官方資料不易取得的狀況下,不妨佐以新聞資料與其他先進研究資料以做補充、辨明。
另外而本研究時間範疇自 2003 年迄今,現任巴西總統 Rousseff 甫開始其連任第二 任期,故未來巴西的政策走向仍有變動之可能。再者,Rousseff 現遭遇國內醞釀罷免的 情狀,故巴西的外交行動與方針不免受到其國內政局因素影響甚大,值得後續持續追 蹤。
