第四節 未來研究建議
一、研究對象之選取
本研究樣本局限於學生族群,在認真性休閒、社會資本與遊憩專門化之表現 上,略顯不足,探討遊憩活動參與者之社會資本相關研究甚少(李瑋琪,2007;
施明峰,2007;范智明,2009;陳志孙,2010),因此,建議後續研究者可另擇 研究對象與遊憩活動,例如:探討人際與社會互動多之國標舞,此外,選擇民間 或社會上之組織、協會等社團機構等,讓研究更加廣泛與完善。
二、變項間之關係
回顧觀光休閒遊憩領域之相關研究,社會資本與遊憩專門化之關係尚存探討 之空間,由於本研究探討為社團之內部社會資本,利用 Tsai and Ghoshal (1998) 所提出之社會資本、資源交換與價值創新之模型,推論社會資本會經由資源交 換,提升遊憩專門化的進程,並且選擇社會互動頻繁之大專校院吉他社團活動做 為研究對象,因此證實社會資本與遊憩專門化間具有正向且顯著之相關。建議後 續研究者可以不同的角度推論與不同的活動切入,探討社會資本與遊憩專門化之 關係;另外,認真性休閒與遊憩專門化間之關係,是否還尚有其他變數的存在,
亦無研究著墨,因此建議後續研究,可進一步探究與釐清其中之關係。
三、統計分析方法
建議後續研究者可利用社會網絡分析(social network analysis, SNA)進行社會 資本的量測方式,在網絡資料的運算分析上,運用 Scott(2000)指出最為普遍使用 的 UCINET 軟體做為分析工具(Borgatti, Everett & Freeman, 2002)。社會網絡分析 是用以檢視節點、連結之間之社會關係,節點是網絡中的參與個體,連結則為參 與個體間的關係,節點之間可具有眾多連結,可繪製網絡圖型,並有助於瞭解社 團組織成員之網絡數據,諸如:中心性、網絡集中性、網絡密度 …等,找出社 團組織之潛在問題點。
