由於外包開發團隊成員均為五至十人組成的資訊科技公司,且僅以 少數外包公司代表該局處其他所有系統外包廠商,建議未來在這方面的 研究可以將外包廠商設定在十人以上的開發團隊作為樣本。本研究資訊 系統成功模式中「資訊品質」對「使用」、「使用者滿意度」沒有顯著 的影響,或許是因為電子化政府資訊系統未將使用者的需求列為資訊品 質的重要指標。此外,知識分享的研究中,可能另有重要的構面尚未被 提及,建議未來研究可以加入其它的構面,讓團隊知識分享的研究更加 充實,以便了解系統開發團隊成員中知識分享的行為。
