資源,扮演引導及促進資源使用的角色,並在學生討論過程中引發參與與討論熱 度。本研究的研究對象對於數位圖書館資源的查詢與運用並不熟悉,故以專家館 員作為領域專家的角色,進一步則可結合討論主題結合相關的領域專家,以更有 效的延伸討論議題的發展。
三、 數位圖書館應該結合更便利而多元的搜尋模式
研究發現,學生能認同數位圖書館資源具有極高的正確與可靠性,並有較佳 的資源使用滿意度,但就本研究的觀察,網路資源仍是他們不可或缺的資料取得 管道,主要是因為網路具有查詢便利性與提供網路全文資料之優勢。數位圖書館 要與現今眾多的搜尋引擎抗衡,並發揮資源的價值與利用,就需要精進數位圖書 館的資訊取得環境,讓學生在主題資源的搜尋上更便利,並盡可能提供開放性的 全文資源。資源能被取得,才有可能被利用。
第三節 未來研究建議
本研究主要就社群經營活動機制,分析對於學習社群在社群凝聚、知識討論 行為與數位圖書館資源利用的影響,在研究過程中雖已力求研究設計的嚴謹,然 而研究結果是否能套用在各種不同類型的學習社群與學習環境則需進一步的驗 證。因此,將來有必要針對不同的學習社群與學習環境進行研究,以了解不同情 況下,是否也會產生相同的結論。對於未來研究之建議列舉如下:
一、 擴充至其他年齡層
本研究的研究對象為數位碩士在職專班學生,年齡多居於30 到 39 歲,然而 不同年齡層對於網路社群建立與他人互動的經歷是否也會有所不同。故未來的研 究可進一步擴充至其他年齡層,探討對於本研究提出之社群經營互動機制反應與 影響是否具有差異。
二、 延長研究活動的時間
受限於正常課程的進行,整個研究活動僅為期一個月,然而社群往往需要長

時間經營才能穩固形成,故如果能延長研究活動的時間,應能更進一步驗證研究 的成效。
三、 延伸探討其他數位圖書館主題資源
本研究以通識教育開放性課程典藏資源中的「網路資訊行為」資源為基礎,
探討網路資訊行為與數位學習在「數位落差」、「團體動力」、「態度行為改變」及
「線上人格」上的議題關連,此一主題對於學生而言,能夠理解並能與現況經歷 作緊密結合,未來之研究可再針對其他數位圖書館主題資源進行研究分析,使研 究結果更具有類推性。
四、 分析社群中個人的學習風格
本研究著重互動機制對於社群的影響,分析朝向觀察學習社群的整體社會網 路與知識行為的變化,未來應可再細部針對個人的學習風格特質,探討不同學習 特質的學生在社群扮演的角色,以及在知識建構討論與資源利用上接受情況的差 異。
