第四節、 未來研究方向

一、不同虛擬社群之比較

根據Obst et al.(2002b)的對於虛擬社群的研究指出,虛擬社群可以區分為地 區社群與興趣社群,地區社群是社群的成員因為地緣關係而形成的社群,例如台 灣北部、中部、南部的區分;興趣社群是社群的成員因為某種相同的興趣而聚集 形成社群。本研究建議社群心理學的架構可以應用於兩種不同的社群,藉以比較 兩種社群在社會系統,以及幸福感上的差異。

二、縱斷面之研究

如前述虛擬社群意識與關係資本的情感累積,會有階段性的演變,除了因果 關係與階段性的關連外,也可以受到參與時間的影響,因此本研究建議長時間的

觀察某一虛擬社群,藉此來了解虛擬社群意識與關係資本在該社群中改變的情 形。

三、加入更多資本的討論

在社會科學領域中,各種資本不斷的被提出,例如結構資本、關係資本與認 知資本、心理資本、人力資本等,這些資本都能有助於我們瞭解組織的運作情形,

而本研究僅以關係資本來觀察虛擬社群,其後的研究,學者可以其他資本也納入 虛擬社群中來討論,藉此能更清楚虛擬社群的運作情形。
