的在地工作者們。我明白，這本論文中書寫的某些篇章可能有些有點敏感，就像 是長年藏在指甲縫裡的刺，不是那麼嚴重、平常也不會被提出，但我們卻一直知 道那根刺一直都在。但作為一個研究者，我認為，唯有描寫出這些真實存在但平 常卻鮮少人提及的荒謬和不合理，才有機會讓在地工作者的工作智慧得到展現與 認可，才有可能讓人知道照顧是一項需要大量細緻與心力的工作，才能認可督導 與服務員們的工作不只是行政手續和身體勞動，而是包含著大量的情緒照顧、人 際交涉、善良同理和彈性的折衝樽俎。
就像某次偶然看到張懸（2012）讀黃春明有感而寫下的：要找一個聳動的主 角很容易，但是，要為一個跟所有人一樣卑微卻無懼於活著的生命寫故事卻很難。
就是這句話支持著我，選擇以微觀的日常生活經驗出發，輔以學術途徑，作為理 解這個世界的角度與方式。在論文即將語畢的這個段落，透過寫協會、寫督導、
寫服務員，我也才理解，為什麼替平凡、卑微、但卻無懼的生命寫故事很困難，
因為這一段一段的生命與照顧經驗，雖非大鳴大放式的聳動，但卻自有太過貼近、
太過真實的重量。作為一個觀察的撰寫者，只怕下筆行文時無法真切的呈現、深 刻的捕捉，這些雖然平凡，但卻為了達悟長者的生命而時時勞動著的面孔與雙 手。
