第二節 研究建議

根據研究結果,本研究對實務與學術領域所提出之建議如下:

一、實務之建議

(一) 對創業者的建議

新創企業在初生階段,需要建立起強而有力的創業團隊,才能夠在紛亂多變的 環境中生存,其中,創業者與創業伙伴之間的相處就變得極為重要。根據研究結果,

本研究建議創業者在領導創業伙伴之同時,須對創業伙伴的心智模式有所瞭解,加 以改變,以期使創業伙伴,能夠建立起與創業者相同的心智模式,如此,才能目標 一致地面對企業的挑戰。此外,對於創業伙伴基於專業考量出發的意見,也應該加 以考慮,甚至加以學習吸收,如此才能夠有更完備的心智模式。

(二) 對創業者養成教育的建議

企管教育旨在培養專業經理人,在創業者養成方面,較為薄弱,然而隨著環境 複雜與動態程度的提高,社會對於創業者的需求,將比以往高出許多。所以,根據 研究結果,本研究建議未來在創業者養成方面,除了技術層面的知識外,更應著重 培養其創業者獨特心智模式:「整體」、「長期」且「敏銳」的視野、「冒險」且「刻 苦」的步伐,以及「財務優先」的原則,使得越趨有限的資源,能夠在更多的創業 者手中,發揮更大的效用。

二、學術研究之建議

本研究採用多個案深入訪談的質化研究紮根理論方法,從「適配度景觀」的觀 點,探討創業者與創業伙伴「心智模式」之差異。建議後續研究可以參考以下幾項

研究方向:

1. 創業者與創業伙伴間「心智模式」之差異,除了本研究提出的三大構面,

六大差異外,可能存有其他差異,建議後續研究者可針對此項議題繼續研 究。

2. 創業者與創業伙伴之間,存有「心智模式」上之差異,然而為了讓企業朝 著創業者所想的目標前進,創業者必定會採取某些方法,以「馴化」創業 伙伴接受其觀點,建議後續研究者可針對「馴化」過程繼續研究。

3. 選取不同的產業個案進行研究,比較不同的產業結構是否會有不同的「心 智模式」差異出現,並可檢視本研究的結果,應用在其他個案的實用性。
