第五章 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制

本研究衡量企業社會責任構面之資料,如社會構面之是否贊助和參與公益活 動及是否成立基金會;環境構面之環境資訊揭露、通過 ISO14001 之認證、環境 裁罰之數字以及發佈環境報告書等,係透過人工方式從公司之年報、網站擷取而 來,故可能有所疏漏。對公司而言,供應商和顧客亦為重要之利害關係人。由於 資料取得之限制,並不能納入該重要之利害關係人進行討論。
