第三節 研究限制

本研究之模擬研究範圍是以台北市松江路、南京東路二段實際沿街面商業 區做為發想基礎,惟為使研究單純化,研究方法仍以模擬分析為主要方式。在 模擬分析的前提之下,本研究建立許多假設與調整,因此,模擬商業區與現實 都市街廓、建築基地面積、容積率仍不同,雖已盡量參照現實狀況,兩者依然 存在差異,所以本研究具一定程度的失真。
