第三,本研究發現擁有更廣的社交網絡及更多創業經驗的合夥人,能使新 創企業更容易獲得創業投資。所以新創企業的創始人在尋找創業夥伴時,可以 尋找社會資源豐富的人。并在尋找創業投資前,要注重于拓寬銀行、政府、供 應商的社交網絡,建立完善的財務體系,這樣更容易獲得投資人的青睞。

五、對投資人(團隊)的實踐價值

之前的討論中,我提到過「投資就是投人」的理論,可見投資者對創業團 隊及合夥人關係的重視程度。本研究再次證實了這一點,並提供了一定基於實 證的理論支持。因為創業者及合夥人的個人特質和社會特質對合夥人關係及企 業發展有正向影響,所以投資人和投資團隊可以選擇個人特質和社會特質表現 較好的企業進行投資,容易獲得更高的投資回報。

本研究發現團隊成員不同角度的異質性對合夥人關係和企業發展有不同程 度的影響。投資人和投資團隊應該選擇價值觀和企業願景異質性較低的團隊投 資,同時,對創業團隊成員背景差異較大,價值觀差異較大的合夥人團隊,要 採取保守的投資態度。

第三節 研究限制與後續研究建議

一、創業團隊成員的個人特質和社會特質之間的關聯性

本研究只是分別討論了兩者對創業團隊關係的影響,但並沒有深入探討二 者之間的關聯,也是鑒於本次深入訪談的對象都是每一家企業的一位合夥人,

而並非所有合夥人,因此對個人特質和社會特質的關聯性很難有完整的研究。

今後的研究中,可以增加對這兩個關鍵特質的研究,進一步驗證兩個特質的關 聯性,繼續解合夥人特質如何影響合夥人關係的本質,豐富創業的理論研究成 果。

二、創業團隊溝通方式的進一步探討

在研究中,大部分的創業家講述問題解決方法時,都提到了溝通的重要 性,但具體如何溝通,採用何種方式溝通,受訪者有些避而不談,有些無法概 括,因此這是留給今後研究的一個重要方向。溝通的方式是因企業,因矛盾的 不同而不斷變化的,但溝通的主體人是不變的,此時影響溝通的關鍵因素就是 人的關係,在關係的不斷發展下,合夥人應該採取怎樣的溝通方式應對關係的 發展和變化?我建議可以探討溝通方式的選擇如何影響合夥人關係發展和企業 績效,建構更加完善的理論體系。

三、創業團隊異質性的進一步研究

雖然本研究對創業團隊異質性從多角度分析,并解釋了不同角度對合夥人 關係的影響,但在理論研究領域,尚無被廣泛認可的研究,本研究也只是拋磚 引玉,提出這個理論假設,希望今後的學者能繼續研究,期待未來研究能進一 步驗證本研究結論的正確性。

四、對新創企業進行行業細分

本研究在有限的資源下盡可能讓受訪企業多元化,減少某一行業特性帶來 的影響。期待今後的研究可以通過深入整理行業細分后,進一步研究合夥人關 係,總結出適用於每一個行業的創業合夥人關係運營維繫建議。并探討不同行 業中,合夥人的異質性對合夥人關係的影響是否不同,對投資人的決策影響是 否不同,挑選合夥人時注重的特質是否也會發生改變。進而完善新創企業合夥 人理論研究,給創業者和投資人更加具體、準確、完整的建議。
