第二節 研究限制與未來建議
一、針對研究方法部分
本研究僅以量化為主要的研究方法，無以質化方式對四縣市之實務工作者進
行深度訪談豐富研究資料，造成無法了解工作角色認同與協同合作知能在概念與實務操作 間的困難。
一、針對個人背景訓練部分
(一) 從早療社工與兒保社工填寫曾接受的專業訓練種類繁多，研究者僅能以所受過的專 業訓練領域及曾接受的專業訓練名稱做描述性分析，亦無法進一步了解專業訓練的 課程是否會影響社工人員對工作角色認同與協同合作知能，社工人員接受不同專業 訓練的時數為何，僅分析社工人員平均曾接受的訓練時數，導致社工人員因年資長 短差異，標準差異過大，易有偏頗。
（二） 早療社工男女比例明顯差異大，故容易造成研究資料分析上產生偏誤。
二、針對協同合作方式與聯繫方法部分
本研究僅分析社工人員的聯繫方式與頻率，了解個案工作與穩定次數的聯繫頻率確實 會影響工作角色認同度，但無法瞭解早療社工與兒保社工如何判斷聯繫的方式與頻率。
三、針對工作角色認同部分
本研究僅能分析早療社工與兒保社工在不同工作角色的認同差異，但無法進 一步分析造成認同差異的因素有哪些及為何造成差異。
四、針對協同合作知能部分
本研究僅能瞭解社工人員對於協同合作知能認同度的高低，無法進一部分析
產生概念差異的原因為何，也無法得知早療社工或兒保社工協同合作知能的概念是否有確 實落實在實務工作中。
貳、 建議
一、針對教育訓練部分
(一) 未來相關服務單位能多安排社工人員瞭解跨領域的工作角色認同與服務方式之 課程設計，增加社工人員對不同領域之社會工作者服務的瞭解。
(二)未來可安排增加協同合作知能的相關課程，讓兒保社工與早療社工了解彼此業務 或更清楚彼此工作角色定位，將概念運用在實務工作中，相信將有助於服務輸 送，亦能給予受服務之兒童與家庭更全面性的服務。
二、針對實務工作部分
(一)早療社工在男女社工員比例落差大，可透過深度訪談的方式避免量化研究造成性 別的統計偏誤。
(二)若早療社工與兒保社工能針對不同家庭問題給予聯繫頻率標準表，讓社工人員能 定期保持聯繫，除能維持服務家庭的品質與掌握家庭處遇的進度，更能有利於早 療社工或兒保社工調整處遇期程與方式。
(三)服務機構應要訂定與不同領域之社會工作者協同合作之規範，明確讓社會工作瞭 解協同合作的操作方式如有不同處遇目標時，可與督導討論後再進行溝通或注意 事項如針對服務家庭的資訊是否應該保密等，亦能讓社工人員落實協同合作的操 作。
三、針對研究部分
未來可透過不同的研究方法，進一步瞭解在不同的工作角色任務或內涵中，造成社會 工作者認同差異的因素及原因為何。
