第五章 結論

5.4 研究限制與未來發展

1、有用性只有一題衡量問項

在衡量系統品質有用性的過程時,僅有一題問項用來衡量有用性構陎,

可能會有代表性不足的問題。因此,未來相關的研究,可以針對系統品質 的有用性構陎,再多設計幾題適切的衡量問項。

2、缺乏對於知覺風險的探討

近幾年的研究發現,認為知覺風險(perceived risk)會負向地影響消費者 的知覺有用(Featherman & Pavlou,2003),知覺易用也會負向影響知覺風險 (Featherman & Pavlou,2003; Lu et al., 2005),然而本研究僅將知覺趣味納入 TAM之中。因此,建議未來研究可再加入知覺風險來做更深入的探討。

3、本研究模型運用上的限制

由於本研究僅以民宿網路做為研究主題,是否能夠應用到其他類型的 旅遊網站,或強調服務性質的商業網站,則需要更進一步的驗證。因此,

未來研究者可以相同的理論架構為基礎,應用到其他類型旅遊網站進行論 證,例如:觀光飯店網站、旅行社的旅遊網站、或者航空公司網站等。

4、部落格和民宿網站的差異

從民宿網站類別之差異性檢定中(表4-15),我們可以得知,部落格式的 民宿網站與一般的民宿網站兩者之間,不只是資訊品質的完整性和流動性 以及服務品質的回應性會有顯著地差距之外,網站瀏覽者對部落格的知覺 趣味和滿意度,都高於一般網站。然而,本研究僅有建議業者可同時建立 部落格式與一般的民宿網站,而對於兩種網站的差異性探討,則有賴學者 進行的後續研究。

5、民宿網站的功能項目之分類過程

根據附錄所示的花蓮民宿網站之統計,其內容的分類僅是依照各變數 的操作型定義來加以歸類,較缺乏嚴謹地分類過程。並且,某些項目會有 無法清楚歸類的現象,例如:旅客親筆感言,可能會屬於多樣化的資訊,

也可能是歸於值得信任之類別。因此,希望未來能將這些網站項目,可以 運用嚴謹的方式來將其分類。
