第三節 研究限制與未來研究建議

壹、研究限制 一、訪談對象限制

本研究希望了解的是公部門督導專業知能養成的機制,但是現今公部門 督導分布於各地方政府所屬社政、衛生、教育、勞工系統以及中央部會所屬 機構等單位,機關組織環境及人才培育系統不一。儘管研究者試圖納入直接 服務與間接服務領域之社工督導,但是受限於訪談時程與受訪者的意願,以 北部 3 個直轄市社工科股長(間接服務)及社福中心督導(直接服務)為訪談對 象,其中間接服務督導僅有 2 位受訪者,以致無法蒐集到各個領域較完整且 豐富的資料。

二、研究者本身的限制

研究者為初次獨立執行質性研究,在研究經驗和能力上均有所不足,另 因為須兼顧工作,時間運用上亦有所限制。此外,受限於研究者本身的職場 角色,研究者察覺部分受訪者論及公部門新興政策執行時,難免出現欲言又 止或模糊陳述的反應。雖研究者試圖透過前後反覆詢問與確認,但是受訪者 仍傾向原則性的答案。

貳、未來研究建議

本研究獲得的是公部門社工督導在專業知能養成的內容與建議,著眼在

社福中心等綜融性的範圍,考量公部門所轄領域廣泛,涉及各項不同特性的 釋。《中國行政》。頁101-127。
