效益。而在政治效益方面，韓國本想在中美之間取得一個平衡的位置，而在初期 來看，朴槿惠政府確實藉由韓中 FTA 加強了其在東亞的地位，成為中美相繼拉 攏的對象。但是，韓國決定在國內部署薩德反導彈系統之後，韓中關係急速冷凍 並連帶影響了雙方的貿易互動，中國大陸一連串報復性的手段在韓國的某些產業 上，特別是旅遊服務也造成了重創。因此韓國若想從韓中 FTA 中取得利益必須 注意的是，韓國與中國大陸在簽訂 FTA 的意圖不同，即韓國著眼於經貿考量，
而中國大陸卻首要考量戰略，加上韓中 FTA 的效果也寄望在後續的談判中，使 得雙方關係的經營須步步為營。另一方面，韓中 FTA 是否有將規範以及制度帶 入中國大陸？這部分也是存疑的，韓國確實在貨品進入中國大陸的通關程序以及 速度上有較以往便捷，但在韓國部署薩德之後，中國大陸內部發起了限韓令，不 僅限制韓星至中國大陸的演藝活動，進行旅遊封鎖，甚至在國內大幅抵制樂天集 團的商品及商場，使韓國經濟損失遠大於制度所帶來之利得。因此，韓中 FTA 的效益仍有待時間的檢驗，惟韓國如何在中美之間取得一適當的地位將更顯重 要。
第二節 研究限制與未來研究方向
東亞局勢在中美競合以及世界經濟區塊化的影響之下瞬息萬變，韓中美日台 之間的關係發展都牽動整個東亞局勢的變動，進而影響韓中之間的關係，以及韓 中FTA 的效益，因此在檢視該 FTA 能為韓國帶來多少利得的同時，也必須將整 個大環境的變化納入考量。韓中 FTA 可以說是一架構性的協議，有待後續談判 來逐漸實現雙邊市場的自由化，因此在初期雖沒有什麼太大的效果，但若雙方願 意積極正面的協商，韓中 FTA 將會為韓國帶來許多效益，而這就有待後續研究 者之研究才能明瞭。
