第三節研究限制

本研究依據衛生署所提供醫事人力養成計畫參與醫事人員資料，對研究對象進行普查，但仍有少數資料闕漏，無法進行問卷發放，

使本研究未能收集到完整的資訊。本研究未將人格特質納入自變項當中；問卷中詢問於原住民及離島地區之服務階段經驗，對於已經服務 期滿之醫事人員可能會有回憶偏差。
