本研究是利用賽局理論去分析兩位教師課程統整的策略選擇，然而在教育決 策領域裡，不僅是課程方面，在親師互動、師生互動、行政主管與教師互動過程 中，策略式互動行為也會常發生，若所有教育相關人員都能應用賽局理論，理性 評估各種策略的優缺點，並從中做出正確的抉擇，就可創造出教育現場雙贏的美 麗境界。
