第三節 進一步研究建議
一、 本研究囿於時間因素，以近五年之近代史期刊論著為分析對 象，為提供更具解釋性之研究結果，建議未來可進一步增加分 析歷史論著之時間與論著資料類型，以瞭解更廣泛性的歷史論 著引用檔案資料的行為，並可加以相互比較。
二、 歷史學者引用檔案的數量並未隨著國內檔案日漸完成數位化開 放應用，而增加對於檔案資料的引用，實有必要探知使用者背 後因素；又國外研究顯示史學論著不乏使用個人檔案資料，但 國內較缺乏此類私人檔案的徵集，量化分析結果自然引用率不 高，諸如此類研究使用檔案行為動機與使用限制，並無法由書 目量化分析探知，故建議未來實有必要透過訪談瞭解史學者使 用不同類型檔案的需求。
三、 歷史學者找尋檔案極度仰賴檔案線上檢索目錄，目錄著錄品 質、使用介面與系統功能影響使用者檢索滿意度，建議未來可 進一步針對檔案線上目錄系統可用性進行評估，探討符合使用 者檢索需求之檔案線上目錄系統服務。
附錄一 歷史學者資訊需求訪談問卷
您好！本研究為進行國科會專題研究計畫「歷史學者使用檔案資訊需求及其 引用文獻之研究」，除進行歷史論著引用文獻分析外，同時探討歷史學者之研究 資訊動機與資訊尋求行為。本次訪談的目的是希望瞭解您在進行研究找尋資訊過 程的經驗與看法。
訪談問題採結構式問卷，部分題目為選項，部分為開放式問題，分為四部分：
一是個人背景資訊，瞭解個人研究領域與使用經歷；二是資訊需求動機，希望瞭 解您使用檔案資訊的原因與檔案對於研究之影響性；三是資訊尋求行為，重點在 於瞭解您如何找尋檔案資訊與遭遇的問題；第四部分引用動機與行為，希望瞭解 您引用檔案的考量因素。
以下問題所稱利用「檔案」之經驗，是指曾經利用過之檔案原件或檔案原件 彙編，其它二次出版品並非本研究所稱之「檔案」資料。如果訪談過程中，您有 任何疑問請隨時提出，或有些問題您不願回答，請直說無妨，我們可以用自在輕 鬆的方式進行。所有訪談資料最後將彙整為整體性分析，因此不會指明個人的訪 談內容，請您放心。另為便於訪談文字稿的整理，請同意我們採全程錄音，以便 於事後資料的整理。
