ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT With the expending of parent corporation, more and more subsidiary being set. The subsidiary management issue is getting more and more importance. Expatriates is the best way to make sure the goal accomplish. Therefore, we focus on how to keep expatriates whole after they go oversea. In the research, we try to find out the antecedents of expatriate allowances. The empirical result shows that with the degree of diversification and expatriate allowance has positive affects. Key word: strateg, internationalization, diversification, expatriate allowance.
