摘要: 本文的目的是要探討如何應用學習型組織促進幼兒園所的專業發展,根據文獻整理 的結果,先介紹學習型組織的源起、意義、特徵與影響因素等,再來則說明成為學習 型組織的途徑及必須面對的障礙,最後提出轉型為學習型組織的具體建議,希望提 供相關單位及教育專業人士對於幼兒園所組織變革的參考。 The purpose of this study is to discuss how to apply learning organization to promote the professional development of kindergarten. According to the documents, introducing the original of learning organization and its’ meaning,
characteristic and factors which effected it. Then, describing paths to be it and obstacles that learning organization must face to. In the end, the concrete suggestions to transit become learning organization are provided to relevant institutions and professional educators.
