Summary
This study aimed to investigate Baolong Elementary school in the 99-101 school year grade four to six students physical fitness performance and "Taiwan students physical fitness norm detection" difference compared to assess the school of the same age children physical fitness of conditions; 99 to 101 school year grade four to six children studied, according to the body issued by the Ministry of Education fitness test items and Methods: Body Mass Index (BMI Index), soft degrees, instantaneous power, muscular strength and endurance, cardio Surveying endurance conducted using quantitative research in the descriptive statistical analysis and norm-referenced analysis, the following results were obtained:
Ⅰ 99 to 101 school yea fourth and fifth grade body mass index (BMI) achieves an ideal
condition 99 to 101 school year sixth grade body mass index (BMI) does not achieve 50%.
Ⅱ 99 to 101 school year fourth and fifth grade have poor test scores in softness 101shool year sixth grade have significant progress in softness.
Ⅲ 99 to 101 school year students have poor muscular endurance performance , through physical fitness training curriculum , The 101 Year Quiz has significant progress in terms of muscular endurance and fitness in general terms to achieve the desired condition.
Ⅳ 99 to 101 school year standing long jump test results of poor lower extremity muscle strength, physical fitness through sports training curriculum , 101 school year annual physical fitness test performed better in standing long jump.
Ⅴ 99 to 101 school year fourth to sixth grade on the physical fitness test scores less than ideal performance.
