摘要: 本文旨在探討目前我國的幼稚園教師待遇與福利現況,首先,透過相關研究及文獻 的探討瞭解以下幾點:幼稚園教師待遇與福利的內涵;公、私立幼稚園教師待遇及福 利之差異;造成幼教師薪資過低之可能因素;待遇及福利對幼教師之影響。
最後提出提升幼教師待遇與福利之具體建議如下:
一、藉由補助私立幼稚園教師薪資縮短公私幼教師薪資差距;
二、協助並規範私立園所建立合理且透明的財務機制;
三、暢通教師在職進修管道;
四、促進幼教師專業成長並提升其專業地位;
五、訂定具體且完善地法源及辦法。
The main purpose of this article was to explore the current condition of kindergarten teachers' treatments and welfare∙First,explored previous research and analyzed literatures to understand several emphases as follows:the connotation of kindergarten teachers' treatments and welfare;the difference of treatments and welfare between public and private kindergarten teachers';to know what is the probable causes of underpay salaries for kindergarten teachers;the effects of the
treatments and welfare on kindergarten teachers∙
Finally,provided five suggestions for improving kindergarten teachers' treatments and welfare as follows:
1、 Subsidize private kindergarten teachers salaries to shorten the disparity of public and private kindergarten teachers' salaries∙
2、 Help and standardize private kindergartens establish the rational and transparent property mechanism∙
3、 Unblock and improve teachers in-service education systems∙
4、 Encourage kindergarten teachers' professional growth and enhance the status of kindergarten teachers' profession∙
5、 Establish concrete and thorough laws and regulations∙
