摘要: 本文旨在探討目前我國的幼稚園教師待遇與福利現況，首先，透過相關研究及文獻 的探討瞭解以下幾點：幼稚園教師待遇與福利的內涵；公、私立幼稚園教師待遇及福 利之差異；造成幼教師薪資過低之可能因素；待遇及福利對幼教師之影響。
最後提出提升幼教師待遇與福利之具體建議如下：
一、藉由補助私立幼稚園教師薪資縮短公私幼教師薪資差距；
二、協助並規範私立園所建立合理且透明的財務機制；
三、暢通教師在職進修管道；
四、促進幼教師專業成長並提升其專業地位；
五、訂定具體且完善地法源及辦法。
The main purpose of this article was to explore the current condition of kindergarten teachers' treatments and welfare∙First，explored previous research and analyzed literatures to understand several emphases as follows：the connotation of kindergarten teachers' treatments and welfare；the difference of treatments and welfare between public and private kindergarten teachers'；to know what is the probable causes of underpay salaries for kindergarten teachers；the effects of the
treatments and welfare on kindergarten teachers∙
Finally，provided five suggestions for improving kindergarten teachers' treatments and welfare as follows：
1、 Subsidize private kindergarten teachers salaries to shorten the disparity of public and private kindergarten teachers' salaries∙
2、 Help and standardize private kindergartens establish the rational and transparent property mechanism∙
3、 Unblock and improve teachers in-service education systems∙
4、 Encourage kindergarten teachers' professional growth and enhance the status of kindergarten teachers' profession∙
5、 Establish concrete and thorough laws and regulations∙
