一、對研究方法方面之建議
（1）分析方法之改進
本研究所研擬的問項，主要是以主管自行評量航空公司內部現行安全相 關措施、政策、制度等之觀點與個人之安全作為；以及下屬反應主管於組織 中安全相關作為與組織內部安全相關議題、制度、政策、規範等之實行狀況，
導致量表問項之填答內容未具一致性。因此，建議量表問項可採全面性設 計，受測者需由兩方面，亦即對主管與對下屬之觀感同時回答；或是於組織 中每月定期實施量表施測或年度對組織內部員工實行一次並累積數年，資料 筆數達一定數量後，將能進行線性結構模式之驗證，使研究構架愈趨完整與 精準，並且也能進一步觀察組織安全文化變化狀況與進行控管。
（2）資料來源之處理
本研究所研擬的行為層面之問項，乃採受測者自評自身於工作中之狀 況，難免會有偏頗或失真的情況發生。因此，建議未來於此部分資料蒐集時，
可採現場觀察或組織記錄資料等，作為分析依據，將能使層面間之影響關係 更具公正與可信。
（3）層面問項之增加
本研究所研擬之量表問項，乃以航空公司組織管理者所認知之應有安全 觀念為出發點，所以在下屬與幕僚層級（下屬）問卷中之知覺層面衡量時，
主要是評量主管於組織中對安全的承諾與認知，而本次施測問項中僅一題問 項是評量下屬知覺層面，導致在探討下屬自身安全的知覺對組織內部環境與 行為間的影響關係時，分析結果出現負相關顯著影響。因此，建議可在下屬 與幕僚層級（下屬）問卷中之知覺層面部分，再增加員工自身對安全知覺的 問項，諸如：『您經常會自我要求努力落實安全之承諾』、『您個人認為安全 絕對優先於商業利益』等問項，將能更清楚釐清下屬個人之知覺對組織中相 關措施與政策等之影響關係與程度。
（4）其它相關安全文化因素之考量
本次研究中，乃採知覺、組織內部環境與行為三層面與安全承諾、安全 價值觀、安全相關教育與訓練、安全溝通、安全系統、安全工作環境、安全 督導與安全責任八評量構面作為評量組織安全文化之準則，但對航空公司之 運作來說，人員徵選、任用、考核、薪資結構與工作負荷等，皆可能是間接 影響組織安全文化之因素，建議可再加入此等評量構面進行探討。
二、對研究對象方面之建議
本次研究在有限的資源與時間的限制下，僅針對我國國籍一家航空公司進行 研究調查，因每家航空公司組織文化不同，相對也會造就不同的安全文化與類 型。因此，建議未來研究可以考慮加入其它航空公司作為探討對象，進行航空公 司組織安全文化之差異性比較分析。
三、對後續研究方面之建議
藉由本研究之評量量表可以了解航空公司組織安全文化之概況與類型，也就 僅能了解航空公司內在安全相關重要因素運作情形，若要完整了解航空公司組織 安全文化是否有效發揮實際作用，建議可再加入其它有關績效之因素，諸如飛安 績效、財務績效、顧客滿意等因素，以全盤性了解組織安全文化對經營績效之影 響。
