本研究之問卷研究對象為政治大學企業管理研究所 40 至 46 屆,有實習經 驗的校友或學生,希望可藉此研究為台灣高等商學教育之企業實習做一了解。然 而由於不同學校之學風、學生素質、專注方向不一;因此根據本研究之樣本得到 的研究結果,不一定能延伸至各學校之學生。企業個案訪談對象為與政大企管長 期合作之兩間企業,然而每間企業之主、客觀條件不同,其他企業之實習規畫在 參考時仍應適度調整,以對公司、學生有最好的助益。
第四節 未來研究建議
在未來研究之建議部分,本研究提出以下幾點作為後續研究者之研究參考:
(一)、 衡量變數之替換
本研究的範圍涵蓋問卷調查與企業訪談兩部分:問卷包含實習前的準備、
實習期間的體驗、學習效果、畢業後的第一份工作之調查,然而影響實習之學習 效果或日後工作能力之變數相當廣泛,也有學者提出其他影響實習學習效果的因 子,如過往之工作經驗、實習之自主性(Beenen,2010)等。建議日後研究者可由不 同面向、因子來檢視實習的效果。或可研究實習經驗對於日後薪資成長率、工作 滿意度等量化指標之研究。
(二)、 衡量不同學系、學校、企業之實習案例
本研究之對象為政治大學企業管理學系近七年來有實習經驗之學生,雖然部 分研究推論獲得支持,但建議未來研究者在資源與資料許可情況下,可衡量不同 學系與學校的學生赴企業實習情形,亦可對其他有實習計畫之企業進行深入個案 訪談,應可更加了解實習狀況。
