第二節 未來研究方向
本研究旨從歷史制度主義的觀點，以中介層次的視角、強調第三部門身障組 織與公共政策之間在不同時空脈絡中的「對話」，據以析論台北市身障領域工作 整合型社會企業的育成發展。是以，研究者建議未來可行的研究方向如下：
首先，由於我國某些社會企業為公民社會行動者在未受到公共政策支持與規 範下所自主實踐，是故可考慮運用社會學制度主義的理論觀點，探討這些社會企 業的興起是否是受到文化、道德常規等制度要素所形塑，並觀察有無發生制度趨 同的現象；此外，亦可從制度趨同的論點，研究我國身心障礙領域工作整合型社 會企業是否受到制度趨同機制的作用而導致組織放棄其原有特性，邁向同質化的 服務型態與經營管理制度等。
其次，根據本研究訪談的結果顯示，有部分受訪者認為組織在社會企業概念 的實踐上早於公部門的政策作為，因此可援引組織發展理論，分析組織成長發展 與非營利組織社會企業化之間的關聯。
第三，可從社會企業創業家的微觀理論視角，探討社會企業創業家本身的人 力資本、社會資本等對社會企業創業與創新的影響。
最後，本研究在樣本選取上鎖定在非營利身心障礙組織，然實則亦有由一般 事業單位所成立的身心障礙領域工作整合型社會企業，故後續研究可考慮以公司 型社會企業為研究對象，探討其何以參與政府政策方案而成立身障領域工作整合 型社會企業、在實務上面臨了哪些挑戰等，並進一步與本研究進行比較。
