第五章 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制

本研究利用深度訪談的方式蒐集研究所需之資料,但是有關媒體組織成員上行影響 的相關研究中,大多以大樣本的調查方式進行,以獲得普遍性的歸納結果,而本研究受 限於深度訪談之方式,雖然可以比較深入的瞭解受訪者在上行影響策略使用上的情形,

瞭解整個上行策略使用的整個脈絡及情境,但是受訪對象是用滾雪球的方式進行,而不 是從全台灣媒體組織成員中抽樣,因此本研究最主要的限制在於研究的廣度上的不足。

而深度訪談的另一個限制則為樣本數量上無法向量化研究方法可以有較多的樣本數 目,因此本研究訪談了 30 位受訪者,所取得的問卷也僅只有 30 份,在統計上的樣本數 目的樣本上可能略微偏低。

另外由於本研究主要的研究方法為深度訪談法,如此一來已經耽誤了受訪者許多時 間,為了減少受訪者造成困擾,因此刪減了「自我效能」量表以及「自評績效」量表的 題數,所以在「自我效能」以及「自評績效」的構面上探討不夠詳細,有些構面無法進 行深入的探討,或者是其他的構面因為配合研究所需而被刪除,因此這也成為本研究另 一個在研究上的限制。
