第二節 研究限制與後續建議
一、 研究限制
本研究係以社會企業─「B2O 公益平台」之個案分析及質化訪談方式進行 研究，在短時間內訪談了「B2O 公益平台」之創辦人、善牧基金會與伯大尼兒 少家園，然仍有研究不足之處，將研究限制歸納整理如下：
1. 由於「B2O 公益平台」尚未正式上線營運，許多的商業模式規劃與構想都 是從作者與創辦人訪談中擷取與記錄，以及從自身與創辦人互動之觀察，
故有部分內容將與實際企業上線營運有所出入。
2. 由於未有實際數據資料，台灣 2014 社會福利市場捐物總市場份額之數據僅 能大致預估。
3. 時間上的限制使作者僅訪談了 2 家社福機構，而未對物資供應商或愛心捐 贈者進行訪談，故內容廣度與深度上有待加強。
二、 後續建議
1. 台灣社福機構的需求缺口探討分析
從質化訪談的研究中可以發現台灣社福機構除了勸募物資的需求，另一需 求缺口是志工的人力，不僅在數量與質量上都相當匱乏，若能從此需求缺口去 探討了解，說不定有機會找到下一個社會企業的商機。
2. 「B2O 公益平台」面臨之挑戰
「B2O 公益平台」需思考如何建立起可信賴的平台，使不同的群體樂意使 用此平台，以達成幫助社服機構的目的，建議未來可再針對愛心捐贈者、物資 供應商與社福機構三方目標客層進行使用行為研究，找出既有商業模式中尚待 改善與可增進平台信任度之處。
