第三節 研究限制與未來研究方向
一、研究限制
（一）研究對象
本研究在尋求研究對象時，因為至各系所實驗室或借課施測，因此借到的受 試者多為碩士班研究生，博士班學生至實驗室人數較少，且填問卷工作多由碩士 班學生從事；在修課部分，博班生修課人數較少，且課程時間不容易出借，因此 在借課施測部分，也多數是由碩士生填寫問卷，使得碩博士生人數懸殊，且年齡 也多集中在 21-30 歲之間。
（二）未來職業選擇適配性
本研究的未來職業選擇適配性得分，僅依據受試者填寫目前就讀科系與畢業 後想從事職業的分類來給分，因為只用一個分數就代表一個重要的依變項，故變 異數不高，且遺漏值眾多，影響本研究考驗的結果。
二、未來研究方向
（一）研究樣本
本研究的受試者，主要來自碩士班研究生，未來的研究，可以增加博士班研 究生為研究對象，除可拉大年齡差距外，也可以比較碩、博士研究生在各變項上 的差異情形。
（二）背景變項
本研究僅探討了性別、年齡、就讀學院、與工作年資，在生涯決策自我效能 與生涯阻礙分量表上的差情形。Bandura等人（2001）指出，家庭社經地位會間 接影響個體的職業自我效能。Pinquart等人（2003，2004）的研究指出，父母的
教育程度會影響子女的教育程度，例如父母學歷是大學畢業，則往往更能促成其 子女自大學畢業，影響其職業發展有較好的選擇，且學校教育的介入，可以幫助 學生能力的提升，增進自我效能，有助學業與職業間的轉銜。因此未來可加入家 庭社經背景、父母教育程度、就讀研究所動機、學業滿意度等因素，此外，除生 理性別外，性別角色或許也對生涯決策自我效能與生涯阻礙造成影響，而過去研 究發現女性在婚姻狀況中知覺到較多阻礙，因此可加入婚姻狀況，以更多層面的 瞭解影響生涯決策自我效能、生涯阻礙、及未來職業選擇適配性的因素。
（三）研究工具
本研究的研究工具，是研究者改編之生涯決策自我效能量表與生涯阻礙量 表，未來可輔以依 Holland 類型論為基礎所設計之「生涯興趣量表」的施測結果，
以瞭解受試者個人人格類型，再與生涯決策自我效能、生涯阻礙、以及未來職業 選擇適配性求取相關。
（四）設計縱貫性的研究
根據 Betz（1991）指出，生涯決策自我效能對個體生涯發展的影響有其重 要性存在，其影響包含對未來生涯相關事項的選擇，選擇後的表現，以及面臨困 難時的持續性（引自李詠秋，2002）。因此未來研究可進一步進行縱貫性研究，
瞭解受試者對於未來職業的選擇，選擇後的工作表現，以及從事該工作的持續性 及相關影響因素。
（五）輔以質性訪談
本研究主要採取量化研究，未來可輔以質性訪談，獲得更深入的資訊，以瞭 解除生涯決策自我效能與生涯阻礙之外，其他影響受試者未來職業選擇的因素及 各變項間造成顯著差異的原因。
