第四節 結語

儘管如研究動機所述,自創品牌議題從 1990 年以來已經逐漸成為台灣產業 重要的顯學之一,不僅政府與民間團體大力推廣自有品牌策略與人才養成,本研 究在與各企業界人士、產業相關之財團法人協會接觸時,許多業界先進也表示該 產業正積極進行自有品牌之路的探討,然而目前台灣在代工轉品牌的顯著成功案 例上尚不多,因代工轉型自有品牌與單純自創品牌的情境完全不同,過去成功的 經驗往往成為新業務開展時內部最大的阻力來源,在市場選擇與品牌策略上也需 要更謹慎的評估,也是本研究嘗試進行相關探討的主要動機。

除了轉型當下相關產業條件與組織能力的議題,開展品牌後之後續的品牌管 理更是目前台灣自有品牌仍在努力汲取經驗的時期。本研究撰寫的前後期間即觀 察到許多台灣自有品牌在公關處理、產品策略、行銷手法與庫存管理上產生爭議 與失當的情形,值得後續研究進行探討、彙整為後續品牌管理議題的借鏡。期許 未來台灣能在國際間擁有更多的全球百大品牌,讓國際人士了解台灣不僅在 OEM、ODM 業務擁有堅強實力,更足以用 OBM 模式與全球品牌競爭,並讓品 牌成為台灣在國際間宣傳時最好的印記。
