第三節 進一步研究建議
本研究係以 Webster 兩本著作所提及之 89 篇文獻為研究樣本，加以進行共 被引分析，但因時間和人力上的限制，故在本研究中未盡完善之處，提出幾點進 一步之研究建議如下。
一、擴大研究對象
本研究受到人力與時間之限制，僅以 89 篇資訊社會代表文獻作為研究樣本，
且只以 Web of Science 作為蒐集樣本資料之來源，並未能完善展現出資訊社會領 域的整體學科結構，故未來研究上，建議可以透過前人之研究對象，或在學科專 家的協助下，再輔以其他重要文獻的加入，使研究樣本較具全面性，而能更完整 的呈現資訊社會之知識地圖。
二、利用作者共被引分析
本研究係以 Webster 兩本著作所提及之 89 篇文獻為研究樣本，進行文獻共 被引研究，更些學者著作豐富，在代表文獻中佔據較大的比例，對於子群分析上 較更誤差，以本研究為例，Baudrillard 在 89 篇代表文獻中就更 9 篇，佔全部文 獻約十分之一，一般而言，同一學者的著作比貣不同學者的著作更常共同被引用，
因此在子群分析時，常更特定子群中半數以上均為 Baudrillard 的作品，相對於其 他只更一篇代表文獻的學者而言，造成計算共被引次數時的不公帄，故在未來研 究上，可以透過作者共被引分析，將相同作者的作品集中為一個樣本分析，避免 分群上的偏誤。

三、相似學科領域之研究
資訊社會領域具更跨學科的特性，藉由知識地圖的建構能清楚觀察出該領域 對於哪些學科具備影響力及具更多強的影響力。因此對於其他具備相似跨學科性 質之領域，例如科技法律、東亞研究或數位學習等其他學術領域，亦可透過文獻 或作者的共被引分析與社會網絡分析建構知識地圖，以瞭解各領域的發展目標與 方向，進而加以比較不同學科間的結構差異。
四、與具資訊社會領域之研究人員合作研究
資訊社會領域的理論多元而複雜，本研究進行結果分析時，更感於對不同學 派之理論瞭解不夠透徹，致使在解釋知識地圖的整體結構或研究趨勢時難免更未 盡之處。因此未來在進行類似研究時，建議與資訊社會領域之研究人員合作，對 於資訊社會代表文獻的論述內容加以深入分析，以祈在子群歸屬及研究發展趨勢 之解釋上能更為精確。
五、臺灣地區的資訊社會知識地圖
本研究因樣本研究來自於 Web of Science，研究範圍多為國外文獻，對於資 訊社會研究在臺灣地區發展的情形無法確實掌握。因此建議將來可以臺灣地區的
「資訊社會」相關文獻為研究樣本來建構知識地圖，亦可將研究年代適度分段，
若能進一步將研究結果配合臺灣地區的社會發展，則更能瞭解「資訊社會」領域 在臺灣地區的發展圖像。
