ABSTRACT
To do sound financial management and control,a business needs to allocate appropriately resources in order to gain enough power to grow as well as to respond to the changes of external environments.Nevertheless,enterprises could go through different strategies of Diversification in the growth process.Therefore,managers must formulate effective strategies so as to ensure the business development and the fund needed for operations. The purpose of this research of this research is to investigate the relationships of diversification resources、diversification strategy、finacial characteristics and financing channels. The data are obtained from government publications and other public sources for business activities。The sample consists of 30 food firms. After statistical analysis, we have the following primary findings: 1. When the enterprises adopt different diversification resources, their diversification strategies are also different. 2. When the enterprises adopt different diversification strategies , their financial characteristics and financing channels are also different.
