第五章 結論與建議

第二節 建議

本研究以行為流行病學架構探討高齡者久坐行為,根據四個階段之研究結果提供 以下幾項未來建議:

一、本研究建議未來預防高齡者第二型糖尿病之風險,可優先考慮減少高齡者看電視時 間的介入策略,控制一天不超過2小時為原則,以避免高齡者有過量的看電視時間。

建議未來健康政策的制定者,可發展減少長時間看電視的健康指標,以改善高齡者 長時間看電視的久坐行為。

二、本研究發展之「中文化高齡者久坐時間問卷」已有良好的再測信度,但未來研究可 再納入更多的高齡者久坐行為題項,或考慮採用不同回憶區間的測量方式,找出更 全面的方法來衡量整體久坐時間。後續的研究應考慮採用國際性的客觀測量儀器,

以更準確地測量總久坐時間。並針不同地區的高齡者進行久坐行為問卷的測量,以 建立良好的信度與效度。建議高齡者健康促進相關單位,未來可採用本問卷有良好 再測信度之提項,進行社區高齡者久坐行為的衡量。

三、建議減少久坐行為介入策略的研究設計者,分別在整體久坐行為以及不同久坐行為 上,應考慮不同個人社會人口背景因素之高危險族群,才能有效的減少高齡者的坐 式生活習慣。未來的研究仍然需要進一步地確認其他更多個人關聯因素,如社會人 際因素及心理健康因素,另外,影響久坐行為的中介因素未來研究亦可進一步了解,

如自我效能、社會支持等。實務應用上,本研究結果可做為未來策畫高齡者整體久 坐行為問題及不同久坐行為問題解決方案之重要參考依據。

四、建議未來的研究需要進一步探討更多特定的環境因素,以理解那些環境屬性對於減 少高齡者久坐行為是應該要被關注的課題,如物理環境因素。而未來研究可考慮採 用客觀測量環境因素與久坐行為的關係。建議未來健康社區或環境相關政策,可考 慮交通安全與居住密度的因素以減少高齡者長時間的坐式生活。
