第四節、後續研究建議
一、研究法白組織轉型後的組織資源分配與知識內容控管
法白於民國 108 年 8 月正式轉型為有限公司,希冀透過小額營利支撐整體 組織的運作,此外站長也面臨支付核心成員薪水或負擔辦公室租金的成本壓力,
因此隔年將會是決定法白得否繼續生存的關鍵年份。若法白成功存活,未來的研 究者得以進一步探究法白內部的組織資源分配,以及在組織規模擴大情況下,如 何掌控知識內容的產出與品質。
二、探討中老年族群的環境制約成因與解決辦法
本研究利用 Golden Circle 的概念分析中老年族群與青年族群逃避接收新資 訊的可能原因,而中老年族群所面臨的時間不足、科技障礙或現實主義等要素較 難處理,導致法律知識無法在短時間內普及於中老年族群內。若將時間線拉長觀 察,或許法律白話文運動或其他法律知識倡議組織會提出更多新穎想法,逐漸軟 化中老年族群的思想壁壘,開始願意吸收新資訊。
三、分析不同領域之於知識傳播方式的應用
本研究主要以法律白話文運動組織為個案研究,針對法律知識的普及與知識 傳播方式進行探討。然而除了法律知識外,哲學思辨能力或科學應用知識等對於 市井小民也是不可或缺,目前也有其他組織致力於傳播該方面的知識,而這些組 織所應用之知識傳播方法是否與法白的方法有所差異,或是在知識轉譯過程和激 起受眾動機的策略不同,實屬值得探討之議題。
