第三節、 後記
這份論文緣起於滿足我個人對此議題的好奇心，我想要嘗試將我有興趣的議 題全部納入討論。從大學開始因為在同志熱線的實習，讓我從此一腳踏進同志的 世界裡頭；青少年則是我一直以來都很喜歡的一個群體；社工則是我理想中的志 業，把這些加在一起後，我就想要知道其他社工是怎麼和青少年同志工作，青少 年同志又在哪裡？尤其是當我在熱線的義工經驗，是能夠看到一堆小 gay 小拉，
但離開同志圈後，他們卻好似隱身起來，在一般的青少年工作之中，不易看見，
這讓我每每都很有斷裂之感。
不過這過程真是蠻困難的，在書寫整個論文的過程中，其實我有很多自己非 理性的擔憂在心中轉來轉去，我想要坦誠地將訪談內容記錄下來，但卻同時對表 達自己立場上感到很焦慮，總會想要面面俱到，想要營造一種中立的調性，以免 影響受訪者的回答。但事實上，我自己的立場很明確，可是當要去對某些受訪者 所言表示不同意見時，我卻是感到焦慮和不自在的，總覺得這樣的書寫與詮釋會 傷害到別人，或是曲解了受訪者的意思，無形中想要幫受訪者找藉口，因為透過 訪談的過程，我知道自己可以感受到受訪者對個案的關心，那種知道別人還是好 意的考量，讓我一度覺得很難下筆。此外，也認為我這麼一個沒有實務經驗的研

究生，似乎沒什麼立場可以表達，即使我清楚的知道，正因此矛盾的情結，我才 更應該要好好的書寫清楚，畢竟我們都是想為青少年同志做點事情，雖然現在的 路徑不一樣，但透過討論，還是可以理出一條較為適合的方向，也才是我該去做 的事情。最後希望能夠藉由這樣的一點呈現，喚起青少年工作者去主動關注到同 志青少年的需要，讓他們都能夠自在地長大。
