第三節未來研究建議

本研究為質化的設計，輔以施測任務，透過任務的操作，以觀察、放聲思考與訪談的方式進行，瞭解受訪者對於檢索與取得電子書的情形，探討受訪者對電子書目錄的使用情況，以及受訪者對電子書目錄介面設計之需求，研究過程和研究結果仍有不足之處，待未來研究者後續深入探討。

一、對研究方法之建議

本研究是採質性研究的方式受訪者執行任務時，透過訪談法、放聲思考法、

觀察法來蒐集使用行為與看法，但過程仍遭遇瓶頸及內容不足之處，故建議後續研究可再搭配採用不同的研究方法如：透過問卷調查法來能了解使用者對於目錄檢索介面、書目基本資料項目的需求；透過焦點團體法來瞭解使用者對於圖書館提供電子書的途徑的看法，探討使用者檢索與取得電子書的現況，更進一步瞭解使用者透過圖書館提供的檢索途徑所遭遇到的困擾或問題，作為改善圖書館電子書目錄服務之參考。

二、對研究對象之建議

因本研究囿於時間、檢索電子書經驗及受訪者意願等因素考量，故設定之研究對象為以國立臺灣師範大學圖書館各系所碩士生為主，且有在圖書館使用電子書經驗者；相對地，若能對其他學校、研究族群予以瞭解，可讓研究更加客觀與可參考性。本研究設定選擇實測任務的受測四個電子書目錄，以國立臺灣師範大學圖書館館藏目錄為主，對照網路書店、商業性電子書平台、新型態目錄呈現進行研究，仍有其他電子書目錄有其不同特色如 LibraryThing 圖書社群網站之書目基本資料介面呈現、社群推薦與分享圖書運作，可供研究者參考

研究，可用來了解使用者對於其他目錄的使用情況與對相關功能的需求，對圖書館提供電子書目錄功能之設計更有幫助。

三、加強研究問題的深度

本研究於分析過程中，探討使用者對於電子書目錄的使用情況與需求，後續建議規劃設計圖書館電子書目錄功能，進一步透過其他研究族群來測試、使用電子書目錄功能，以期望能夠更貼近使用者需求，透過使用者觀點進行評估與修改，提升使用者對於圖書館館藏查詢系統介面的易用性，作為圖書館推廣服務之參考。
