第五章 液晶顯示器事業部經營策略分析
本研究以緯創資通為個案，將介紹緯創資 通 股 份 有 限 公 司 之發展沿革與策略事 業群，緯創資通液晶顯示器事業部沿革、華南中山液晶顯示器工廠簡介、營運現 況與主要策略， 最後聚焦於緯創資 通 液晶顯示器顯示器事業部競爭力分析以做 為供應網絡建構與管理之最佳執行方式。
第一節 緯創資通股份有限公司簡介
一、 發展沿革與三大策略事業單位
緯創資通股份有限公司前身為宏碁的研製服務部門，於 2001 年 5 月 30 日分割獨 立而成立，公司為資訊及通訊類產品 ODM / OEM 廠商，目前為全球第三大筆記 型電腦製造商。擁有超過 25 個全球據點及六萬名員工。緯創為一具備創新技術 服務的公司，提供全球領導企業端對端的產品開發服務。從初期的產品概念設計、
量產到售後服務，緯創提供給客戶的產品及服務在創新及品質上，都達到國際標 準。其在資訊及通訊科技產品的深入專注，更賦予客戶差異化的競爭優勢。

14設計策略事業包含：工業設計：使用性研究、概念設計開發以及外觀設計（Industrial design (usability study, concept development, and appearance)。設計模擬、原型製作、電路板設計（Design simulation, Prototype building, and PCB design）。合格認證、測試、代理認證（Certification qualification testing, processing, and agency approvals）。設計驗證、相容性測試與無線通訊設計
（Design verification, Compatibility testing, and RF design）。環境應力測試、電磁相容性測試與應 用軟體程式設計（Design verification, Compatibility testing, and RF design）。可靠性測試、元件 合格性測試與電氣和機構設計（Reliability testing, Component qualification, and Electrical and mechanical design）。功能測試開發、包裝設計與嵌入式軟體設計（Functional test development, Packaging design, and Embedded software design）。韌體設計、產測工具開發與元件環保法規符合 之確認（Firmware code development, Manufacture diagnostic tool development, and Component certification/approval meeting environmental regulations (e.g. RoHS)）。
