第二節 研究建議
一、 實務上的建議
本研究經個案研究、發現及討論後,針對台灣資訊電子業之自有品牌產品經 理制度,提出對於實務界的建議如下:
(一) 企業要有效提高新產品成功的機率,開發前階段扮演著非常重要的角色。
其中,關於產品創意的產生與篩選更是一項極為重要的活動,建議自有品 牌廠商之高階主管及產品經理宜多參加外部的展覽或科技新知研討會 等,藉以激發創意,以規劃更創新之產品。
(二) 台灣資訊業自有品牌廠商之產品經理多透過業務或通路商等管道,間接獲 得終端顧客之回饋意見,建議企業可增加與顧客溝通的管道,以蒐集更完 整顧客的聲音,使產品經理在進行新產品規劃時,更能以滿足顧客需求為 出發點。
(三) 產品經理之權力來源以其「專業權力」為主,因此,建議產品經理宜提升 自身之專業能力,使得在帶領新產品開發的過程,能做出正確判斷,並提 升部門內及跨部門間之溝通效率。
(四) 因應全球化的競爭環境,自有品牌廠商的商機已拓展至世界各地,而「溝 通協調」既為產品經理之主要功能,因此,建議產品經理宜提升其外語能 力,使跨國溝通更加順暢。
二、 後續研究建議
本研究因受限於人力、時間等因素之限制,尚有部分未詳盡之處,以下提供 後續研究者相關的建議,期能做為未來研究相關主題之參考:
(一) 台灣資訊電子業幾乎都以代工(OEM/ ODM)起家,累積相當技術能力後,
才走向自有品牌,建議未來後續研究者可探討代工經驗對自有品牌之影

響,及其產品經理之影響。
(二) 在本研究之訪談過程中,發現個案公司之產品經理需負責與海外分公司之 溝通協調,其跨文化的溝通對產品經理而言亦是一項挑戰,建議後續研究 者可深入探討產品經理在跨國之溝通協調議題。
(三) 本研究僅針對台灣自有品牌廠商中的四家資訊電子廠商進行研究,因此,
其代表性稍嫌不足,建議後續研究者可針對資訊電子業之其他廠商進行研 究,以期更瞭解資訊電子業之自有品牌廠商的產品經理機制運作,進而發 現本研究未能提出之觀點。
(四) 本研究以資訊電子業為研究對象,其研究發現未必能適用於其他產業,建 議後續研究者可選擇其他產業進行研究,或針對不同產業間之跨產業比較 進行研究。
(五) 本研究採質化方法,以深度訪談方式進行研究,建議後續研究者可使用量 化調查分析方式進行研究。
