第四節 研究結論
本研究旨在探討 Bowen 自我分化諮商團體於共依附特質傾向且有感情困擾之 青少年的成效與療效因素。本研究採混合研究之嵌入式設計，主要以質性研究探 討本團體對於具共依附特質傾向且有感情困擾之青少年的幫助和療效因素；另以 量化研究探討本團體於提升共依附特質傾向青少年之自我分化、人際親密能力、
及自我概念之成效。本研究採前實驗設計中的單組前後測設計，並增加三個月後 的追蹤測，依據 Bowen 自我分化概念，設計八週，每週二小時，共十六小時的諮 商團體。
本研究以六位共依附特質傾向青少年為樣本，綜合收集到的質性與量化研究 結果和討論，提出本研究的整體結論。首先，探討團體對六位成員的幫助與成效，
Bowen 自我分化諮商團體似乎有助於成員自主性的提升，成員較能學習表達自我 的想法與感受，傾向表現自我的立場，並提升其在人際互動關係中的價值感。在 人際與親密關係方面，成員傾向減少自動情緒化反應，減少與他人衝突，以及較 能處理人際衝突。其在親密關係中體認並期許平等與包容的關係，較能彈性調整 自己與他人的人際互動，在親密與自主尋求平衡的傾向。成員透過團體裡的分享 與討論，除了累積關係困擾解決的經驗，似乎也學習到解決關係困擾的方法。
再者，本研究首次探討 Bowen 自我分化諮商團體於共依附特質傾向青少年的 療效因素，以質性分析歸納出團體的療效因素有四個，包括家庭與人際互動經驗 的覺察、對他人經驗的體會與共鳴、團體提供溫暖信任與回饋的環境與幫助成員 解決問題。這四個療效因素對應 Yalom（1995）提出的 11 項療效因素，有其相似
性，包括普同感、團體凝聚力、情緒宣洩、人際學習與利他主義五個療效因素。
但家庭與人際互動經驗的覺察，此療效因素不同於 Yalom（1995）提出的原生家 庭的矯正性重現，此與本團體內容設計較有所相關。且考量青少年的發展，採用 其角色扮演之形式，探討家庭或關係議題，瞭解其成員的家庭關係互動與發現。
然而，本團體的療效因素與 Edmundson 等人（2000）提出的共依附諮商團體的療 效因素，在普同感、情緒宣洩、人際學習與利他主義有所重疊。但由於訪談僅一 次，且時間較短，在團體結束後對成員作團體經驗的探討，較難瞭解其團體階段 的療效因素或其重要性作進一步的比較。
然而，本研究與國外共依附團體諮商研究（Byrne et al., 2005；Edmundson et al., 2000；Loughead, et al.,1995），在團體設計、研究參與者的背景、團體目標與內容 皆有所差異，其比較研究結果發現，在國外共依附團體諮商研究中，其諮商模式 缺乏一致地理論架構，且較為著重減少共依附特質及其相關症狀，而本研究採 Bowen 自我分化概念為基礎，有其明確的目標與諮商方向，並分別以質性與量化 研究探討團體對成員的幫助與成員在自我分化、人際親密能力、自我概念上的改 變，且首次探討 Bowen 自我分化諮商團體於共依附特質傾向青少年的療效因素。
最後，建基於先前的文獻及綜合以上所述，Bowen 自我分化諮商團體有助於 成員自我與自主性的提升，改善人際與親密關係與學習解決關係困擾問題的方法。
此外，本研究也探討和提供本共依附諮商團體的療效因素，以供未來團體諮商實 務和相關研究之參考。
