第五章 結論與建議

第四節 研究限制與後續建議

一、 研究限制

在個案推論的限制上,本研究礙於人力、物力及時間的限制,是故 討論範圍僅限於壽險產業的業務人員,又因問卷回收不易故採用便利性 抽樣方式進行,因此研究結果之解釋、推論及運用,可能造成此一類型 抽樣可能產生之誤差與侷限,導致類推性的困難。

在資料收集的限制上,本研究採不記名方式進行,並聲明調查結果 僅供學術研究之用,惟在問卷填答的過程中,樣本所處環境、情緒及態 度,對於填答結果所可能造成的影響,以及樣本是否依照實際情況據實 填寫,本研究無法得知,故上述情境亦未予列入考量。

在資料收集的限制上,本研究係以橫斷面進行研究,僅尌某一時間 點的現象作調查,並非進行縱斷面的探討;故可能會造成資料時點上的 限制。

二、 後續建議 1. 從樣本角度

本研究從壽險業務人員觀點進行量化問卷調查相對性較為單薄,後 續研究者可以選擇不同產業或不同部門之員工來做為受測對象,並根據 不同類型與關係來進行分析與比較。

2. 從研究變項角度

本研究的研究變數僅討論到團隊成員正向情感、個人與工作適配、

幸福感與工作績效之間的影響,建議後續研究者可嘗詴蒐集更多相關的 變項進行量化之研究,例如:不同領導風格對團隊情感氛圍的影響、個 人與工作環境適配程度對員工幸福感的影響、個人與主管適配對工作績

效之影響…等。甚或從團隊層次來看團隊的正向情感氛圍對於個體層次 員工的幸福感影響,相信在其研究結果上會更具完整性。
