個人特質及工作滿意對外派人員工作態度之影響 黃存忠、賴文魁 ; 劉家駒

摘 要

本研究主要為探討,外派人員之個人特質(A型人格特質與B型人格特質)與工作滿意對外派人員工作態度(組織公民行 為傾向與留職意願)之影響,主要發放大陸沿海地區作一研究調查,共計500份,回收255份,刪除不合格52份,有效回收 問卷共有203份,以下為本研究之研究結果: 1.外派人員之人格特質(A型人格特質傾向)與工作滿意對組織公民行為均有 顯著正向之影響。 2. 外派人員之工作滿意對於留職意願,有顯著正向影響;但是外派人員之人格特質(A型人格特質傾向

)則有顯著反向的影響。
