臺灣中華檔案暨資訊 微縮管理學會

2.檔案修裱培訓(基礎、進 階、高級班)
3.檔案管理系列講座
辦理檔案管理與檔案修裱 兩大類訓練課程，設有不同 的訓練層次
國內、外檔案主管機關專業繼續教育之異同，歸納為以下幾點：
一、專業繼續教育之形式
國內、外主管機關辦理之活動形式，主要是訓練課程或研習班、培訓班。惟 美國國家檔案暨文件總署尚舉辦年度研討會、雙月討論會議，澳洲國家檔案館也 有不定期的簡報會議、論壇或講座。
二、訓練課程內容方面
國內、外主管機關皆著重於政府機關文件、檔案與資訊管理的實務訓練，尤 以美國的聯邦政府文件管理訓練課程最具規模，並提供完成訓練之專業資格認 證。
三、數位學習方面
國外僅美國國家檔案暨文件總署設有遠距教學形式的訓練課程；而我國國家 檔案管理局則建置檔案教育學習館，提供線上數位課程。
四、法規或政策方面
惟中國大陸國家檔案局對於檔案人員專業繼續教育訂定全國性法規。

國內、外檔案專業團體對於專業繼續教育做法之異同，歸納為以下幾點：
一、國際檔案理事會為一國際性檔案專業組織，為了促進國際檔案管理專業教育 訓練之發展，訂定相關指導性方針，可供專業團體或相關機構規劃專業繼續 教育時參考。
二、專業繼續教育之形式
國內、外專業團體辦理的訓練活動包含學會年會、研討會、研習課程等多元 形式，特別是美國、英國的檔案人員學會，將學會年會活動視為檔案人員的教育 活動。
三、研習課程內容方面
美國檔案人員學會配合 ACA 的檔管人員角色描述及認證制度，規劃一系列 專業繼續教育課程；英國檔案人員學會提供長期的檔案修護專業訓練；澳洲兩大 專業學會則不提供任何訓練課程，但推薦經過學會認證的其他機構訓練課程；我 國則有檔案微縮學會和政大公企中心提供不同層次的檔案管理、檔案修裱訓練課 程，臺大總務處文書組提供不定期的檔案修護實務研習。
四、數位學習方面
僅有美國檔案人員學會提供網路研習課程、中國檔案學會建置檔案教育網線 上數位課程。
