第三節 後續研究建議
本研究調查檔案管理人員參加繼續教育的滿意度和需求，探討檔案管理繼續 教育訓練資源之發展，但礙於研究時程與研究限制，本研究以政大公企中心檔案 管理訓練課程的學員為研究對象，為了更全面瞭解國內檔案管理人員對繼續教育 的需求，本研究提出下列議題，做為後續研究方向：
一、我國檔案管理人員基本專業能力範圍與指標之研究
目前國內對於檔案管理人員的專業能力範圍與指標，並無具體的界定標準，
因此本研究在問卷量表設計上，引用美國檔案管理人員資格認證學會(ACA)「專 業檔案管理人員角色描述」所提出的八項知能領域，做為檔管人員檢視自身專業 知能成長滿意度的題項，然而後續訪談研究過程中，發現檔管人員對於專業能力 的陳述是模糊的，參訓受訪者更表示，雖然接受檔案管理訓練時數達 160 小時以 上，符合檔案管理局行政規則「機關檔案管理單位及人員配置基準」中，對各機 關進用檔管人員所提出的建議條件，但畢竟不能做為具備檔案管理專業能力的實 質認定。受訪者大多期望國內能夠推動檔管人員專業資格認證，肯定檔管人員的 專業能力，為了促成國內建立認證制度，宜先釐清檔管人員的專業能力為何，檔 管局受訪者亦建議由學術界進行研究探討，協助定義我國檔管人員的專業知能標 準。未來相關標準若具體訂定成形，也可進一步做為檔案管理繼續教育發展的指 標依據。
二、全國檔案管理人員繼續教育需求之研究
本研究僅以政大公企中心受訓學員為對象，探討檔案管理繼續教育之需求，
研究面向有一定的侷限，為了更全面瞭解全國檔案管理人員，無論曾受訓或未曾

受訓者，對於繼續教育的需求，建議未來可針對全國檔案管理人員的繼續教育需 求，進行全面性調查研究。
三、檔案管理繼續教育遠距教學適用性研究
本研究根據研究結果，初步提出檔案管理繼續教育實施遠距教學的發展性，
而由於研究對象主要來自大臺北地區，未能廣泛兼及其他地區檔管人員之意見，
建議以全國檔案管理人員為對象，進一步審慎評估遠距教學的適用性和需求量，
提供培訓單位規劃遠距教學之參考依據。
