第二節 建議
第一節 結論
本節根據研究目的與研究結果提出結論，包含有網路霸凌預防素養、
網路霸凌預防自我效能、網路霸凌與危險行為意向以及網路霸凌與危險 行為。
一、網路霸凌預防素養
全體受測學生在控制相關因素後，網路霸凌預防教育介入可顯著提 升學生整體網路霸凌預防素養。
依父母管束學生網路使用程度高低，在控制相關因素後，網路霸凌 預防教育介入可顯著提升父母管束學生網路使用情形較低組之整體網路 霸凌預防素養。
二、網路霸凌預防自我效能
全體受測學生在控制相關因素後，發現網路霸凌預防教育介入無顯 著提升學生整體網路霸凌預防自我效能，然實驗組在整體網路霸凌預防 自我效能和「網路霸凌處理方法」等自我效能後測得分皆有增加。
依父母管束學生網路使用程度高低，在控制相關因素後，無論父母 管束高低，網路霸凌預防教育介入皆無顯著提升學生整體網路霸凌預防
自我效能。
三、網路霸凌與危險行為意向
全體受測學生在控制相關因素後，發現網路霸凌預防教育介入無顯 著降低學生整體網路霸凌與危險行為意向和網路霸凌與危險行為意向三 個向度等行為意向得分，然實驗組在「網路危險行為意向」向度的後測 得分有減少。
無論父母管束學生網路使用程度高低，在控制相關因素後，網路霸 凌預防教育介入皆無顯著降低學生整體網路霸凌與危險行為意向和網路 霸凌與危險行為三個向度等行為意向得分。
四、網路霸凌與危險行為
全體受測學生在控制相關因素後，發現網路霸凌預防教育介入無顯 著減少學生整體網路霸凌與危險行為和網路霸凌與危險行為三個向度的 行為得分。然實驗組在「網路危險行為」後測得分有減少。
無論在父母管束學生網路使用程度較高或較低的組別中，在控制相 關因素後，發現網路霸凌預防教育介入皆無顯著減少學生網路霸凌與危 險行為三個向度的行為得分。
第二節 建議
本節將針對本研究提出建議，包含教學介入層面以及未來相關研究 兩部份。
一、教學介入層面
（一）課程內容建議
研究結果顯示學生在網路霸凌相關的法律素養較不足，並且在公開 個人資料等行為有較高的比率，建議在課程內容設計時，對於一些學生 容易誤觸法律的網路行為做思考，並且可以針對個人資料的保護以及個 人資料洩漏的嚴重性做詳細的說明。
（二）著重特定族群發展教材
研究結果顯示男生和有玩網路遊戲者網路霸凌行為較高，建議針對 這兩種族群進行教材發展，可以加入一些男生喜愛的議題（如：運動、
電玩等），吸引他們的注意力，也可對於時下流行的網路遊戲進行情境式 的教學，讓學生在課堂上學習到如何在網路遊戲中預防網路霸凌。
（三）發展家長增能手冊
研究結果顯示出，在父母管束學生網路使用程度不同時，學生在網 路霸凌預防素養的學習上有明顯的差異，而許多專家學者也都認為父母 的監督對於網路霸凌的預防有幫助，所以建議針對家長與學生在網路資 訊互動的部份發展一套家長增能手冊，加強家長的能力，才能營造一個 完善的網路霸凌預防環境，共同遏止網路霸凌的蔓延。
（四）融入高中資訊課程
目前在高中職資訊課程當中，已有部分資訊素養課程，其內容可與
網路霸凌預防做連結，因此建議將網路霸凌預防課程融入高中職資訊課 程，結合現有課綱，發展本土化的網路霸凌預防課程。
二、未來相關研究
（一）進行效果追蹤
本研究由於人力、經費等限制，僅做前測與後測，無法更深入的探 討後續的成效，建議未來進行網路霸凌教育介入研究時，加入後後測以 瞭解研究對象在介入後的延宕效果。
（二）加入質性研究
由於本研究以結構式問卷作為評估工具來收集介入成效資料，為量 化分析，建議未來可加強質性資料的收集，於問卷題目中加入開放性回 答的題目，對研究對象進行焦點團體訪談，收集研究對象的主觀想法。
或於課程結束後，立即抽學生進行個別訪談，以瞭解學生的想法。
（三）擴大樣本及範圍
本研究礙於時間與經費的限制，僅以臺北市兩所高職作為研究對象，
未來若能增加樣本數，甚至跨縣市做城鄉差距之比較，必可使研究結果 更具代表性，也較能與國外研究做比較。
