第五章 政府政治模式觀察川普政府美中貿易戰之決策
第二節 研究建議
因論文完成於2020 年川普第一任期期間，美國尚未舉行第 59 屆總統大選，
無法得知選舉結果與美中貿易戰未來走向，且美國政府內部文件仍未達解密期 限，無法取得川普政府內部決策細節與各幕僚間是如何建議川普抑或存在何種合 作與競爭關係，為本論文研究限制所在，川普的決策如何形成尚有諸多疑問，日 後如能有川普決策的研究，建議可從美國政府解密文件、川普個人發言、美國幕 僚單位如何相互合作或競爭、核心談判幕僚在與中方談判時的內容、核心幕僚如 何建議川普等面向著手，以期能瞭解影響21 世紀美中最大貿易衝突背後的決策 全貌。
