第二節 研究建議與展望
直至今日中國在與周邊國家陸地領土議題上，已完成了90%的陸地定界問題，
目前只剩下與印度、不丹兩國尚未解決邊界糾紛；339 在海域主權的部分，中國 與周邊各國在南海議題上仍然未有定論。在面對有關國家利益的衝突時，深陷衝 突的各方會有著不同的觀點與解決方式。因此本研究主要從大國（中國）處理與 越南的陸地邊界、海上爭議成功劃界案例上，從中分析大國（中國）對於領土爭 議的看法、態度，無企圖建立中國處理邊界與海上領土爭議的普遍模型。
由於本文主要著重在中國在處理與越南領土爭端的觀點與態度，因此在文獻 蒐集部分與內文的分析上，較少涵蓋到越南方面的文獻及立場，以期未來相關研 究者著力研究越南方面的文獻與資料，並提供更為多元的觀點與看法，呈現更加 完善的中越領土議題面向；另外本文僅針對中越兩國在陸地邊界與北部灣成功劃 界的案例，進一步討論中國處理領土劃界的方式是否可以成為解決南海爭議的借 鏡，特別是現今南海議題仍在發展階段，而未來若南海議題有新的變化或解決方 案，更希望將來研究者可以補足本論文對南海爭端的討論。
不論如何，本研究的目的是提供不同的視角探尋中國與周邊領土爭端的可能 解決方式，希望能透過本論文所提供的資訊與分析，給未來有志於從事北京和周 邊國家領土爭端議題，或中國周邊外交等相關研究者，提供進一步探析中國在處 理與周邊國家領土爭端時的決策邏輯，同時作為分析現今北京當局的周邊外交政 策的重要參考。
