研究建議與後續研究方向

一、研究建議

根據本研究之結論以及相關的發現，其研究建議如下：

(一)、農委會目前在對於酒莊業者的資金補助部分，都是採每年接受業者在一定 額度內的申請，並且提出相對應的配合款的方式進行，但是也有部分的業 者提到此種申請方式由於需提出一半的配合款，因此會在資金不足的情況 下產生卻步，補助效果無法產生，因此未來建議可增加多種不同的資金補 助方式，供業者做最適合的選擇。

(二)、農委會目前在技術輔導中廣泛性授課的部分，有業者反映其上課內容太過 於學理，無法與實務的製程上做配合，未來建議可加強課堂上的實務操作，

或者是擴大針對性輔導的範圍，讓業者可以有較好的學習的管道以及方 式。

(三)、有關於酒品評鑑的部分，目前可分為國內評鑑以及國外評鑑兩種，但是大 部分的業者都認為這樣的評鑑缺乏了回饋性的效果，意即不論是否得獎，

都無法得知評審委員的相關意見，對此本研究建議未來可增加相關評鑑的 回饋功能，以幫助業者進行產品品質之改善。

(四)、目前政府對於酒莊產業行銷宣傳部分的著力稍嫌不足，僅透過經濟部 OTOP 以及農委會少量的宣傳幫助，而酒品也大多是以農特產品的方式進行展售，

缺乏酒莊產業的故事性以及文化性價值，未來建議可大力加強此塊的輔導 措施。

(五)、本研究所指的政府角色主要是聚焦於由重建會與農委會所推行的農村酒莊 輔導相關措施以及由經濟部所推行的一鄉一特色計畫上，至於早期由公營 事業轉型為私人經營的台灣菸酒公司則較少著墨，原因除了本研究的時間 人力限制外，很大部分主要是因為台灣菸酒公司方面到目前都沒有明顯的 主動協助或輔導這些私人的製酒業者，而這也是政府角色中所缺的一塊非 常重要的拼圖，因此未來也希望台灣菸酒公司方面可以更積極的與政府相 關單位以及民間業者配合，共同發展屬於台灣的製酒文化以及產業環境，

增加整體的國家競爭力。

二、後續研究方向

依據本研究的限制以及相關發現，其後續的研究方向如下：

(一)、受限於人力、時間以及資源等各項主觀或客觀因素，因而無法同時針對所 有的農業組織型農村酒莊做全盤性的研究與分析，而僅針對八個由農會或 是產銷班所成立的酒莊做探討，建議日後的研究納入其他的農業組織型農 村酒莊作為個案，特別是由合作社或合作農場所成立的酒莊，以補充本研 究之不足。

(二)、本研究針對在探討農業組織型農村酒莊之發展過程，而對於其他的私人製 酒業者或是酒莊業者並沒有太多的著墨，建議日後的研究納入其他的製酒 業者或是酒莊業者作為個案，以補充本研究之不足。
